Beautiful converted pub in a fantastic location. Extremely clean and has everything you could imagine, even better than the pictures. Welcome hamper and individual towels and extras in each room - brilliant addition. Jerry (owner) was fantastic throughout - very organised and informative. I would most certainly like to use his properties and do business again in the future - a good guy.

Me and friends had a smashing stay for my friends stag do. Perfect place to relax, great location in Kendal. All my friends were amazed at what we booked and so pleased with the accomodation. Smashing place for small parties for all occasions. The welcome basket was a lovely touch couldn't have asked for anything more. The pictures show exactly what you get and what to expect.

Great time with family and property met our needs. All ages enjoyed the experience. The outside area was intrusive due to overlooking Weatherspoon beer garden next door. We had blinds closed for privacy which made it dark and there was some niggles needing minor repairs. Cleanliness needs some attention.

the house itself was very nice but was in dire need of a clean, hot tub was half full with dirt rings. Shower drains blocked with dirt so water overflows into bathroom. not a fully equipped kitchen for a property that sleeps that many

This place was amazing, very clean and spacious. We were a family group and had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect and we loved it from the hot tub to the games room, there was something for everybody to do. Kendal with its shops, bars and restaurants is all within a short walk and the Lake District a short drive away. couldn’t ask for anything more.

The property is stunning. Host was very accommodating and gave us a 11am check out on the Sunday. Location in central with weatherspoons a minute walk away. Visited for a hen party and everyone had a fab time and commented on how stunning the property was with all the little extras too. Worth a book!
