Evening Primrose @ 808A | Walk to the Square and River Trails!

We loved this cozy little house. Walkable to downtown and the river trail. It was perfect for a weekend away.

The rental property was clean with mid century modern decor. Right down the street and an easy walk to the adorable Georgetown square. My sister and I hope to return!

Easy walk to downtown Georgetown, great location. very clean and no problems. We will stay here again.

Cute, Comfortable and Good Location

The place it’s self was pretty great! Clean and cute and had a great location. However…. - the host requires that you submit/ pay for a third party liability waiver ( I understand that it’s to protect the host and their property since some people abuse the site) but it wasn’t specified on the listing and cost extra. Either a non refundable fee or smaller fee with a refundable large deposit. I left a review for the host and she explained the reasoning, which I understand but it’s been almost a week since we checked out and I still haven’t received my large deposit back from the third party company- which is no help as it says to contact the host. Overall It was a pain to fill out all the extra stuff, upload info, create and account etc etc… and then to follow up on my underfunded deposit has been a lot I didn’t anticipate. Just was a big put off to an otherwise pretty nice place.
